Service Completion: Once snow and ice removal services have been completed, refunds will not be issued. This includes any partial or full removal of snow and ice from your property.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your service request, please do so before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made prior to the start of the service will be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at our contact page located at the bottom of this page with your service details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Exceptions: In the event of an error on our part or if the service was not performed as agreed, we will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.
